In 2010 the Paris Accords took place in Paris, duh, with Obama in attendance. At that time international law (whatever that means...) was instituted that no country could refuse "geoengineering" spraying. There were some S. American countries who had outlawed it and some others. At that point in time, it became entirely legal for any and all spraying of the atmosphere to occur anywhere. I don't know how we stop it.
A couple of other points.
1) I have personal experience with child sexual abuse and I can't see guillotining the abusers will do an ounce of good. Because more will materialize. And during the French Revolution this tactic was employed which came to be known as The Reign of Terror. The streets literally ran with blood and the bloodlust of the people of France became so barbaric many atrocities were committed. So I really don't see any proof that evil conquers evil.
2) I don't know what actions people who are stirred into rage are supposed to take that won't result in violence which is exactly what the authorities are salivating to see happen. They need the people to fire the first shot. Then if armed or violent resistance ensues, the strongest most well-armed people will be taken out and the vulnerable - children, elderly, those unable to fight - will be left at the mercy of the powers that be. America will be disarmed and conquered. I hear this same rhetoric spoken everywhere but see nothing but violence as the logical response to it. I sincerely hope it's only saber rattling.
2) If we were going to save ourselves wouldn't we have already done so by now? Or were people in the past too stupid or lazy or something? There again, there isn't one instance of proof that we are capable of saving ourselves.
3) No one can know for a certainty that there is no one who is coming to save us.
Pirate Studebaker, I do empathize with your view, and yes we need to all step up in strength of convictions. No one saves the Victim, that is in fact the Child Archetypes shadow of betrayal that makes it possible for the Child to grow outside the betrayal into its calling or gifts to become a powerful presence in their sacred purpose.
