Timing of this is perfect. Suppressing grief from having lost 7 relatives since the clot shot rollout, it's all come to the surface. Thank you for these tips 🙏

Amandha You are an inspiration to me, ever since you did the super fantastic video during the covind insanity. I am so inspired by you and grateful when you share anything. You are special to me. I talk about you to friends and colleagues. I will share your latest, heartfelt, and bang on, helpful ideas about weathering the s...h....i.....t we all have to still face. I like you am in and out of overwhelm. My tact is to record three online meditations a week for anyone who wants to listen (I have an email list); try to make my life a living meditation eg live in the present moment and respond to my needs by listening and taking heed, making plans to meet those needs, as able. Your messages were enriching. There are things I haven't done in a while like writing down my feelings. Probably better than screaming in the car from time to time.....Anyway before I ramble on further...THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU. Carol Martin

Thank you!!! Wow, this resonates so deeply! I can relate wholeheartedly—same personality type, same thoughts, same struggles. Your words capture the profound transition so many of us high-functioning, multi-talented women experience, especially navigating the layered challenges of menopause and the aftermath of these past few f_up years. It’s a raw, honest, and necessary reflection on the power of pause—something that doesn’t come easily to us “doers,” but is so essential for true metamorphosis. Thank you for sharing this—it’s a gift to see such authenticity and strength in vulnerability. Sending love from a fellow Canadian gal on this journey. 💛

Thank you for this. I went thru having to learn all of this thru breaking the same cycle with family members. It was hard and it was liberating. Glad you are also healing and becoming the best version of yourself. Love you 🙏❤️

Thank you for sharing all of this. I so enjoy hearing what you share as it validates what I know and what it seems like no one else can see. It often feels like everyone is a sheep or has their head buried in the sand and I appreciate you sharing what everyone is afraid to say out loud. All of my friends are clueless. I wish you lived near me so we could be friends! :-)

Hello Amandha, so that's the recipe? Find the peace within yourself and ignore outside world which you described in the second section? I'm in peace, you can kill myself, my lovely one softly? Can we really do something with? Or is already a plan and is no way to change it? Don't look up???

Thanks for your authenticity and grace Amandha.

Complex trauma is not an easy journey but it’s so worthwhile.

My triggers, emotions, and bodily sensations are my guide.

My beliefs shine a light on how much more compassionate I can be towards myself.

Blessings to you. 💛

I purchased 2 DMSO eye drops at your store (which are very nice for my dry eye!). I am so glad I found your substack as well. Thanks for all you do! :)

Thank you, so good to read this all. Something I've found particularly helpful is sitting in the sunlight at the river's edge this winter and meditating. It's really helping to ground my spirit and body and mitigate the stress/overwhelm. Sending Love & Gratitude sweet ADV

Totally resonate with this.

It’s all I post about now.

Many aren’t aware what 2020 was actually about-it was a full upgrade to their system.

Social distancing was testing load balancing.

In these times it critically important to

know yourself intimately.

One consciousness.

Thus why we are in these times-the collective.

But like all polarity it can be turned around.

Time to delete many of the distracting channels, go within, connect in person with others, and spend time on our own creation.

Or at least be discerning.

Many are only offering half truths-best to figure it out for ourselves and not blindly believe.

Get off the hamster wheel of looking to others for answers.

Individuation.

Things will change once people are beings rather than humans and all the conditioning that goes with that.

Release childhood trauma but do so by seeking those who aren’t part of the allopathic model of keeping people in a perpetual loop of treatment.

For me reading, journalling, upledger style of cranio sacral therapy with an intuitive facilitator, biofield tuning have been great.

Evette Rose (Metaphysical psych) has some good courses and info as well.

As the parasites are using multiple types of frequencies on us at a cellular level-research energy, frequency, the biofield and the innate powers we all have.

Connect with nature and the creator. 💛

My slapper is in storage but you can pick them up from Chinese novelty stores for about $10AUD.

They are silicon and the hand part is firm but bendy.

Can’t figure out how to add an image here.

Need to slap inner arm and back of knees to open pathways first.

Lots of info if you search.

Ian Clark put us on to it a few years ago.
