ADV has seen all the damage that was done. Her vitriol is well justified. If only we all saw what she saw , it would provide you the pedestal for steadfast, guilt free, advocacy for the Natural Health Model.

We have been sold a pack of lies. All these drugs they give us require more drugs because of their side effects.

Cholesterol issues supposedly require statins, low fat diets -- how is the body suppose to develop any hormones at all without cholesterol? Why are we negating the body's ability to produce hormones? Oh because we need to protect our heart from cholesterol. Right!

Do you realize how much our body depends on hormones? When did statins arrive on the stage? When did Alzheimers become a thing? When did sex drives disappear in your 40's? Why is the number of people on antidepressants going up every single year? And on and on!!!

We are told no salt, salt bad -- how do the kidneys work without salt? As some of the smarter doctors and naturapaths have pointed out, if you are on your way to the hospital, the first thing they do is put a saline drip in your arm. Why? Because we have all, since birth, been told to limit our salt intake. We are all salt deficient! When kidneys are not working -- pressure build up in blood vessels?? Hmm, isin't that high blood pressure?

Health care in Canada is not free. On average, 42% of every personal tax dollar goes to Federal/Provincial health bureaucrats to disperse as per agreements. In Ontario, there is the added health premium (maximum $1000) and sur taxes of 16 and 36%. These sur taxes were brought in in the early 1990's as "The Ontario Fair Health Care'' sur tax at 10% to help pay for an aging population's health care in Ontario. The title was renamed "Ontario sur tax" in the early 2000's and the sur taxes remain. It's a misnomer to say Canadian health care is free, simply because the money for health care is taken by the Federal/Provincial governments from the tax payer and dispersed to the health care system. No financial exchange between patient/doctor, no connection on results. And there is a list of procedures/treatments not covered by Health Canada, resulting in a considerable number of Canadians seeking treatment outside Canada at personal cost. For perspective, imagine a government program for your auto health/maintenance. The government takes a portion of your tax dollars every year and disperses money for your car maintenance to the auto mechanics/businesses through a vehicle health/maintenance bureaucracy. The tax dollars are taken every year whether you have maintenance performed or not. Newer vehicles would have less maintenance done each year while older models would require more yearly work. This would turn into a government bureaucratic nightmare.

In Canada, long before the covid disaster, the term 'hallway health' was often repeated. Lying on a gurney in a hall way waiting for a room and treatment!
